To place a custom-made order, please message Amiethyst Art to discuss details and requirements for your artwork and Amie shall then discuss with you your perfect painting and give you your quote for your custom-made painting and postage/shipping costs. If you are happy with your quote, then Amiethyst Art requires a 50% non-refundable deposit to be paid upfront and then the remaining balance is to be paid upon completion.
By paying the 50% non-refundable deposit, you have agreed on all specifications and details that has been discussed and agreed on to go ahead, no change of mind can be made after this. Amie will be in contact with you every step of the way while creating your custom-made piece, sending you updates with pictures and videos if you wish, making sure you are happy with each stage that is created. (unless you would like it to be a surprise, then Amie can wait until it's finished and then reveal your final completed piece). Once your custom-made piece is completed, Amie will make sure you are completely happy with your final piece before your piece is sent to you, this final confirmation by yourself is your agreement of accepting your finished custom-made piece.
No returns or refunds are able to be made on custom-made paintings.
If while creating your piece you change your mind and no longer wish to have your piece, then the 50% non-refundable deposit you paid will be kept. Or if full payment was made then the full amount paid is kept and unable to be refunded to you. Custom made pieces are non-refundable.
Custom made paintings take around 2-4weeks to complete depending on the complexity of the painting and how many other pieces Amie is also creating at the time, but if your painting will take a little longer than 4weeks, Amie will notify you about this at the beginning. 

As most of Amiethyst Art pieces include real crystals and/or glass/gem/mirror pieces, these can be sharp and delicate so please be sure to take care when opening your package and to handle with care when placing your  artpiece in your home. Please do not place artwork onto or directly above or next to a radiator or heat source as heat can affect the varnish and glue used within the artwork. Please hang your artwork with appropriate hanging systems that allow for the appropriate weight of your artwork and please make sure to properly secure in place so it does not fall or damage your wall. Amiethyst Art Artworks do not come with hanging fixtures and are left to allow yourself the choice of how you would like to hang or frame your art. Amiethyst Art is not liable for any damage or injury caused relating to artwork being incorrectly hung or incorrectly handled. This is your responsibility to make sure as soon as your artwork reaches you, it is handled with care and hung correctly on your walls. If your art piece falls and breaks, if it damages your wall or items underneath, Amiethyst Art is not liable for these damages and unable to replace, refund or compensate. As all Amiethyst Art items are handmade and not mass-produced by a machine, there maybe slight imperfections, such as tiny air bubbles, paint brush stroke marks, tiny paint brush hairs, paint smudges on the back of the canvas etc, these happen naturally with a handmade item and is a true and authentic representation of what a handmade item is. Colours may vary slightly depending on where you are viewing from, monitor, phone, computer etc. But Amie has explained and shown the colours the best she can to their truest representation. There are videos of all items on Amiethyst Art's social media pages, so if you would like to have a look there you can check the colours and shades shown there in different lighting.

Free UK Postage, International shipping costs are additional and will need to be purchased separately, please message Amiethyst Art before you purchase your chosen item/s and you will be given a quote for your international shipping. If happy to go ahead, a personalised listing will be created for you to purchase your International shipping and item/s. 

For UK postage, once you have made payment for your item/s, items will be dispatched within 2-4 working days. You will be provided with full tracking information and you will be asked to sign for your item once received, so Amiethyst Art knows it has got to you safely. 

All pieces sent are fully insured and are sent using a standard speed postage service, if you require a faster dispatch and delivery time, then please notify Amiethyst Art of this before making your purchase, as a faster option can be done at an additional cost. By law items are only able to be sent to the address given in the shipping address details, Amiethyst Art is not able to send to a different address or to deliver in person. So please make sure the shipping details are correct when placing an order.

Amiethyst Art is not responsible for leaving your item with a neighbour or in a safe place etc as this is down to Royal Mail and/or Parcel Force, this is not for Amiethyst Art to do so please do not request this. If you receive your item and it arrives damaged, please follow advice given in the refunds section above. Amiethyst Art are only able to post your item to the address that you have provided Amiethyst Art with, please make sure it is correct when purchasing an item as it will not be able to be re sent or another item re made to be re sent to another address if the original dispatch address has been given incorrectly.

There are no refunds, exchanges or warranties with Amiethyst Art items. All sales are final.
Please make sure you are certain of your choices when placing an order.
If you change your mind once you have received your item, Or you have ordered the wrong item by mistake, then Amiethyst Art cannot refund you due to change of mind or wrong order placed, so please double check details of the piece before you purchase.
Refunds are only able to be given if your item has arrived damaged and a repair or replacement can not be made. 

Amiethyst Art has the right to refuse sale and cancel orders for any reason, If your order has been cancelled, A refund of the full amount paid will be returned to you within 14working days of the cancellation of your order.

If an item has unfortunately been damaged on its way to you, please contact Amiethyt Art straight away within 24hours of delivery, please send pictures of the box, packaging and the broken item and pieces. Amie can then discuss with you options of a repair, replacement or if a refund needs to be given, this refund will be sent to you within 14days after receiving the broken item back. 

You will be responsible for paying for returns postage, which needs to be sent back to Amiethyst Art via tracked and signed for service and you will need to provide Amiethyst Art with the tracking details of the returning damaged item. Refunds will be returned to the same account the original payment was made from within 14 working days after Amiethyst Art has received the damaged item, with all original packaging and the box it was sent to you in. 

If you would like to purchase an item that Amiethyst Art has already made, you can do so by purchasing the item/s from the shop section here on Amiethyst Art's website. Card and Paypal payments accepted. All sales are final.
All details and sizing are given in the items descriptions, so please read carefully before placing your order to insure the piece you are ordering is the right piece for you.

As Amiethyst Art is unable to accept returns, exchanges or refunds due to change of mind or for wrong item ordered by yourself with no fault of Amiethyst Art. Amiethyst Art has the right to refuse sale and refuse and cancel any order placed, Amiethyst Art may also limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed under the same account details, billing and/or shipping address. Amiethyst Art reserves this right to limit or prohibit orders that, in Amie's sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, wholesalers or distributers.

By purchasing an Amiethyst Art item,You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit Amiethyst Art's work and designs. 

 If you have seen a piece of Amiethyst Art artwork or home decor item that has already been created but its not quite the colour/tones you would like, or you would like a different size, crystals etc, Amie can re-create this for you to your exact specifications.

For re-creations there is a charge of a 20% fee on top of the original price of the piece being re-created, if it is the same size and details etc. But if your re-creation is needing to be of a different size and details etc, then Amie shall give you a fresh quote for your re-creation piece.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is needed to be paid upfront and then the remaining balance is to be paid upon completion.

Same as for custom-made pieces, once you have paid your non-refundable deposit you have agreed on all specifications and details agreed upon to go ahead, no change of mind can be made after this.

Re-creation pieces are also non-refundable.
