• Initial Inquiry: 
  • Message Amiethyst Art directly with your ideas, details and requirements for your custom painting. Be as specific as possible, consider colors, size, themes and any particular elements you’d like to include.
• Discussion: 
  • Amie will review your request and engage in a discussion with you to understand your vision better. This is a great opportunity to ask questions and explore different ideas.
• Quote and Details:
  • After the discussion, Amie will provide you with a quote for your custom painting, which will include the cost of the artwork as well as postage/shipping fees.
• Confirming Your Order:
  • If you’re satisfied with the quote, confirm your order.
• Deposit Payment:
  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upfront to secure your order. Instructions on how to make this payment will be provided.
• Completion and Final Payment:
  • After Amie completes your painting, she will notify you. At this point, the remaining balance will be due before the artwork is dispatched.

• Artwork Inspiration: You may send reference images or examples that inspire you to help guide the creative process.
• Shipping Information: Ensure to provide accurate shipping details to avoid any delays.
• Timeline: Discuss any timelines or deadlines you have in mind during your initial conversation.

Custom made paintings take around 2-4weeks to complete depending on the complexity of the painting and how many other pieces Amie is also creating at the time, but if your painting will take a little longer than 4weeks, Amie will notify you about this at the beginning.

 Care tips for crystal artwork;

• Unpacking and Handling:
  • Gentle Unboxing: When you receive your artwork, take your time to unpack it carefully. Use scissors to open the package and avoid pulling apart packing materials that might be integrated with the artwork.
  • Wear Gloves: Consider wearing cotton gloves to avoid fingerprints and oils from your skin transferring onto the surface of the crystals or glass.
• Placement Considerations:
  • Avoid Heat Sources: Do not place your artwork near radiators, heating vents, or in direct sunlight. Extreme heat can cause damage to the varnish and glue that holds the piece together, potentially leading to peeling or loosening.
  • Stable Surface: When selecting a spot to display your art, choose stable, level surfaces that minimize the risk of accidental knocks or falls.
• Hanging Safely:
  • Use Proper Hardware: Invest in high-quality hanging  systems that can support the weight of your artwork. This might include wall anchors, heavy-duty picture hooks, or D-ring hangers.
  • Securely Fasten: Ensure that whatever hardware you  choose is securely attached to the wall. If hanging on drywall, consider using appropriate anchors for heavier pieces.
  • Check for Stability: Once hung, gently tug on the artwork to verify that it’s securely in place before leaving it unattended.
• Cleaning and Maintenance:
  • Dust Regularly: Use a soft, dry cloth or a microfiber duster to gently remove dust from the artwork. Avoid using wet cloths or cleaners that may scratch the surface or damage the  materials.
  • Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Never use abrasive cleaners or solvents, as they may damage the varnish or integrity of the crystalline surfaces.
• Storage and Transport:
  • Wrap Carefully: If you need to move or store your  artwork, wrap it carefully in bubble wrap and place it in a sturdy box. Avoid stacking heavy items on top of it.
  • Climate Control: Store artwork in a  temperature-controlled environment where temperatures are stable and  humidity levels are not excessive to prevent warping or mold.

 Shipping information;

UK Postage:

• Free UK postage for all items.
• Dispatch occurs within 2-4 working days after payment.
• Items are sent via a standard speed postage service, and tracking information will be provided.
• A signature will be required upon delivery to ensure the item has arrived safely.

International Shipping:

• Additional costs for international shipping.
• Please message Amiethyst Art before purchasing for a shipping quote.
• A personalized listing will be created for you to purchase once the shipping cost is confirmed.

Important Notes:

• All pieces sent are fully insured.
• If you need faster dispatch/delivery, please notify Amiethyst Art  before placing your order for an expedited option at an additional cost.
• Items can only be sent to the address provided during the order; changes after the fact cannot be made.
• Amiethyst Art cannot leave items with neighbors or in safe places, as this is the responsibility of the postal service.

• Damaged Items; 

Refunds are only available if your item arrives damaged and a repair or replacement cannot be arranged. If your item is damaged during transit, please contact Amiethyst Art within 24 hours of delivery. To assist us in resolving the issue, kindly provide photographs of the box, packaging, and the damaged item.

• Cancellation of Orders

Amiethyst Art reserves the right to refuse sale and cancel orders for any reason. If your order is canceled, a full refund will be issued within 7 working days.

• Return Process for Damaged Items 

If a refund is necessary for a damaged item, it must be returned to us in its original packaging and box. You will be responsible for the return postage, which must be sent via a tracked and signed-for service. Please provide us with the tracking details of the returned item. Refunds will be processed to the same account used for the original payment within 7 working days after we receive the damaged item.

Custom Re-Creation Policy for Amiethyst Art

At Amiethyst Art, we understand that sometimes a piece of artwork or home decor may not perfectly match your vision. That's why we offer a unique re-creation service, allowing you to customize existing pieces to your exact specifications. 

Here’s how it works;

• Customization Options;
• If you’ve seen a piece that you love but wish it had different colors, tones, sizes, or crystals, Amie can re-create it just for you. Simply provide your desired specifications, and we’ll get started on your custom piece.

Pricing;

• For re-creations that maintain the same size and details as the original piece, a 20% fee will be added to the original price.
• If your re-creation requires different sizes or additional details, Amie will provide you with a fresh quote based on your specific requests.

Deposit Requirement;

• To initiate the re-creation process, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required upfront. This secures your order and allows us to begin crafting your custom piece.

Final Payment;

• The remaining balance will be due upon completion of your re-creation. 

Agreement on Specifications;

• Once your non-refundable deposit is paid, you are agreeing to all specifications and details discussed. Please note that changes of mind cannot be accommodated after this point.

Non-Refundable Policy;
